Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one’s youth. Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them! He shall not be put to shame when he speaks with his enemies in the gate.Psalms 127:3-5 ESV

Bedtime Bootcamp

We are soon approaching Caleb's 4 month "birthday" and I have decided this week to start cracking down on the bed time situation.  The mission is to get him to go to bed in his crib and stay in his crib all night, fighting the temptation to drift off to sleep with him after I feed him in bed.  So far........night one was not as bad as I geared myself up for, however, I made it til 4am when he woke up and I fell asleep feeding him.  The funny thing is that I was WILLING myself to stay awake and the next thing I know, it is light outside and my snuggly, adorable son is nuzzled up next to me in bed.  It is night two and he has been in his crib for about an hour now.  We shall see...
