Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one’s youth. Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them! He shall not be put to shame when he speaks with his enemies in the gate.Psalms 127:3-5 ESV

NY State of Mind

Caleb has been experiencing what his new home state has to offer.  Most of the time he is sleeping, but I'm sure one day he'll actually enjoy it.  We've been to the Bronx Zoo (my first time there) and a gorilla came up to the glass and looked RIGHT AT CALEB for 30 seconds, looked at Jon and I and walked away.  The best part was the sea lion exhibit!  He also went to the city on Sunday, and experienced the East Village.  He stayed awake, so I guess that means he's more the city type.  Despite a small drama involving a bottle leaking all over the diaper bag (good job me), it was a great day filled with friendly New Yorkers (yes they are friendly), and beautiful weather.  Looking forward to seeing more of our new home!
